In February 2021 I started volunteering with the Rumie Initiative as a Learning Designer. I create "Bytes" which are pieces of microlearning that takes less than 10 minutes to complete. I research a topic and plan, design and author a Byte every 2 weeks. I apply best practices from instructional design and social media mechanics to drive learner engagement and retention.

I also participate in the peer review process, by offering constructive suggestions to others, and integrating comments into my own Bytes for improved outcomes.
